Fire resistant cables have been designed especially for
such installations, where human safety requires, that the cables will function a certain
period also during the fire. In such targets e.g. in the industry or in the offices, where a
failure could cause an interruption in use and thus great economical losses, fire resistant cables
can be used.
During a fire the fire resistant cables form little smoke and they do not
create gas which is dangerous for breathing.
